Submit your Application below. All applications must include supporting evidence of neurodiversity AND supporting evidence of excellence, as well as a Resume or CV. All contact information is required.   There is a one-time lifetime membership fee to join the Komodo Society for those accepted. It is currently $55 for those under age 20, $80 for those over age 20 but enrolled in education programs, and $95 for professionals over the age of 20 but not enrolled in education programs. Scholarships are available for those who qualify.   For examples of accepted supporting evidence of neurodiversity and/or excellence, please click here.   Supporting evidence must match the application. In the case of name changes due to marriage or other disparities, please include supporting evidence such as a copy of a marriage certificate.   We look forward to you joining!
